Charlie Ryan says: “Time management has become more and more of an issue with the speed of how we now have to operate. Email has created a lot of the time management issues as we are less structured in our commitment to what we do with our time and allow the world of email to interrupt us. There are effective ways to get more time back in the day, allowing you to control your time as opposed to allowing it to control you. Yes we do need more efficiencies in invoicing and process where possible, but also it comes back to the individual to stop doing things they think are easier in the moment and holding onto what they have committed to using that time for.”
