“It is good to see that we are embracing more flexible work practices. This is how it should be when the business can support it and at the end of the day if you can’t trust someone to work from home and deliver, then they shouldn’t be working for you anyway. I would however say to businesses that they should not feel obliged to support this where it is not conducive their company, as there are still a number of roles which need that front of house nine to five “manned” office, in order to be there for their customers. We have a mix of roles in our business, some offer home working and others have a strict requirement to be in every day and on time, both elements are required and this works well.“
