However that being said, it would be interesting to get some understanding on the change as long as we don’t have the law kicking in to control this change. Demographics shift as we change things, we have seen more “house” husbands, more individuals including men start their own business and take low level easy part time work to subsidise this. We also have different drivers and culturally men feel empowered to remove that “provider” pressure, where they can do what they might like to do, rather than staying in the job where they have to climb that corporate ladder. I think there will be lots of reasons and if we can have some data to understand this, it would be of interest.”
