Having completed a degree Lauren knew this wasn’t the industry she wanted to pursue as a career, but that the knowledge and skills she had gained would transition well into the right role. Throughout her education Lauren worked within Customer Service roles including her 4 years within the John Lewis Partnership who continue to give a strong emphasis on quality service in their training. It is from this and her own experiences that she understands the importance of exceptional customer service no matter the situation.
As part of The Recruitment Queen team, Lauren will ensure all documents, meetings and training is undertaken. One of the most memorable times working at The Recruitment Queen was being part of the team who went to a school to undertake a presentation in ‘The Big Leap’. Having never been involved in something like this before Lauren got the opportunity to see first-hand what the company can offer young students and seeing their interaction and interest in the topic has always remained in her mind.
Having completed a degree but not pursued this as a career, Lauren knows herself that having the right tools to find the best job for you is so important.
