The Recruitment Queen wants to ensure that the advice you get is pertinent to your job hunting and the stage you are at in any recruitment process. Sometimes even having been on a workshop you need other hints and tips along the way as a result of an interview, or application experience you have had.

Therefore we offer a FREE WEBINAR every second Wednesday at 7.00pm for up to 30 minutes.

The Recruitment Queen herself will take your questions live (Via webmail/messenger) and you will find that others are grateful you have asked your question, as they will have had similar experiences.

The Webinar will start with an update on the market over the previous 2 weeks and anything she feels you should know about. She will then head straight into answering your questions and giving you the advice you are looking for.

She will run the webinar for up to 30 minutes, but if there are not enough questions (which has never happened as this does seem to be a hot topic) , then she will finish earlier.

Examples of the sorts of questions she has answered in the past are:

  • How do I get past the agency, they just don’t come back to me?
  • How many applications am I likely to have to make to get an interview?
  • How do I know where I am going wrong when no one is giving me any feedback?
  • Do agencies advertise fake jobs?
  • Do agencies advertise the same job twice?
  • I haven’t got the actual experience they need, but I know I can do the job, how do I convince them?
  • I keep getting “pipped to the post” at the interview stage, what should I do?
  • What’s wrong with my cv as no one is coming back to me?
  • Do I have to live in the area to get a job even if I am prepared to relocate?
  • I am underpaid at the moment, how do I make sure I get an increase in my next role?

And so many more. Come and ask your question and please don’t feel it will be unimportant. The Recruitment Queen knows that job hunting is one of the worst experiences people go through and her aim is to build your confidence which she will do no matter what question you ask.
