Please don’t tell me that this is likely to be upheld as a valid claim. The litigious situation we are getting ourselves into is very concerning. Interestingly a competent employee would never allow this to happen and they would have left and found themselves a position where they were valued! An “Intentional side-line” I do not support, but really 4 years without complaining and now because he hasn’t got an income, another easy way to make money perhaps? Employers….. Judges…… can we start making a stand for the business and stop letting employees rule the roost of work
