Charlie Ryan The Recruitment Queen comments on todays article via BBC News

“The lower level of results being produced, I truly do not believe this to be the fault of the students. I don’t think we are holding to account in so many areas of education, a minimum standard. We are still awarding mediocrity and with the right message being delivered by the government, the school and parents these students would be delivering a higher standard. Standards drop when we expect less and don’t hold others to account. This is why the levels have dropped and more importantly why the standard entering the workplace is not meeting client expectation. This is also fed by the unions and employment law, as it takes so long to get rid of ineffective teachers and it really is not fair on those who with the right education and exposure could do so much better.”
